Team
Antonio Osorio has a law degree from the Modern University of Porto, a postgraduate qualification in European tax law and a master's degree in research and international trade.
He has a wealth of knowledge and 22 years' of experience in the legal profession, specialising in corporate law, real estate, registry and notary, international commerce, investment, compliance and tourism.
Antonio Osorio is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Santiago Tourism Association in Cape Verde and a speaker at the International Conferences on Tourism, Travel and Hospitality organised by ESHTE-Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.
An entrepreneur and company director, he is involved in various projects in the property, energy and water, agribusiness and services sectors.
Isabel Malheiro de Almeida has a law degree from Universidade Moderna of Porto, certified training in GDPR and Gender Equality, a postgraduate degree in Forensic Medicine from IML Porto, a postgraduate degree in Children, Family and Succession Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Porto.
She is a member of the Family and Succession Law Committee at the CCBE and is the Portuguese contact point for the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters.
Between 2018 and 2020, she served as secretary member of the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and between 2017 and 2020 she served as member of the Institute for Modalities in the Exercise of the Legal Profession.
A lawyer with in-depth knowledge and 25 years' experience, she is the professional responsible for legal litigation and court proceedings.
Andre F Oliveira has a degree in Law, a Master's degree and a PhD in Criminal Law, specialising in International and European Economic Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Researcher at the Università di Bologna, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, Instituto Internacional de Sociologia Jurídica, Katholieke Universiteit te Leuven l, Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and Universidad de Salamanca.
He specialises in Compliance and holds a Professional Certification in Risk Assessment and Management, and is the founder of ETIC - Soluções de Integridade e Consultoria em Compliance.
Lawyer between 2005 and 2017, and 2022-2023, he currently provides specialised services and consultancy in various areas of criminal law, ESG and compliance.
Estela da Silva Osorio
Estela Osorio specialises in real estate, registry and notary services and has completed several courses in the sectors.
She has more than 20 years' experience in real estate brokerage, property management and tourism/housing property management in the Azores, Algarve and Lisbon region.
At our offices, she is the professional responsible for real estate matters, supporting the purchase or sale of clients' properties, preparing and carrying out purchase and sale deeds, donations, authorisation of heirs, partitions, licensing, permits, registrations and annotations at the Registry Offices and Tax Offices.
In most cases, she is the person who represents our international clients who are unable to travel to Portugal for a wide range of acts, particularly deeds.
